What's the best way to contact you?

Email, email, email! When you buy something, put your email in the notes - I can deliver things quicker that way!

I get an error when I put the key in during a fresh install. What should I do?

In the bottom right, you'll see "I don't have a product key." Hit that and enter the key within the Settings app post-install.

I have Windows 10/11 Home and I want Pro. Can I just buy a Pro key and enter it?

Probably not! Plug in the generic key for Windows 10 Pro to get yourself from Home to Pro, and once it finishes, plug in the Pro key.

      • Ok, but now I get an error with the generic key.

       Try restarting and check your activation settings to see what version of Windows it says is installed. If it says Pro or Enterprise, pop the bought key in! If it says Home still, check out this write up on Lincoln IT Solutions. If all of that fails, email me!

      • This is a lot. Can I just buy a key to upgrade me to Pro fully activated?

       Sure you can! Just let me know in the notes you're going from Home to Pro!

Are the Office or Adobe etc. keys subscription based?

Only if the product mentions a length of time! Everything else, pay once, good to go.
